Delivery Information

The personal information including queries shared and exchanged with anuugyabooks.com shopping Cart will not be shared, sold, disclosed, revealed to third party in any form, for any purposes, at any time.

Delivery–As soon as we receive your order it will be dispatched within 72hrs. Shipping/delivery of books will preferably be made by Indian Post or the best available mode of shipping based on the shipping address.

Domestic Delivery—For better delivery services pl make sure that the address of destination is complete (with pin code) in all respect. Also not to forget to provide your e-mail id, telephone/mobile number. It can take seven to ten working days approximately after the receipt of full payment.

International Delivery—International delivery may be possible only to the countries where services of Indian Post/Government of India are available. It may take to Fifteen to twenty working days after the receipt of full payment.

Note: You may be subject to import duties and taxes on certain items, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Additionally, ordering from certain sites, you can be considered as the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Inspection—Customs Authorities/ Airline Security/ shipment services have the right to open and inspect a shipment where situation demands.

Online Payment Gateway will usually be executed with following delivery deadlines.

  • To all State Capitals and Metros – Approximately 7 days
  • To all District Headquarters- Approximately 10 days
  • To any other place – Approximately 12-15 days

Tracking Orders

  • Anuugya will mail you the necessary details i.e. name of the courier company/way bill no./Postal Receipt Number/ and the tracking number of your consignment on your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail within 72hrs of placing the order. You are requested to contact us after making sure that it has not gone to your spam folder.
  • Our responsibility is only upto dispatching the order. Tracking & Complaints of Lost/delayed/Misplaced consignment has to be done by the buyer him/her self, though Anuugya will provide all the details required for tracking or making complaint.

1. Risk of loss —All items purchased from anuugyabooks.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that after the handing our the order/consignment to the carrier/courier/post office or any other such means the title & loss of such items pass to buyer. Act of tracking or complaints of the order has to be done by the buyer, though Anuugya will provide all the details required for tracking or making complaint.

2. Replacement Policy—Our replacement policy covers to only those books/orders which have missing/misprint pages only.  The request for replacement of such damaged books must reach us within 2 days of delivery, after which the request will not be entertained. In such cases, either another copy of the book, if available, will be sent to you or full amount charged will be refunded to buyer. Books damaged in transit or in the process of transportation/postal/courier will not be replaced in any case. Because we are not charging towards the transportation/postal/courier charges from you. You are, therefor, requested to not to pressurise us.

3. Return / Refund Policy in normal conditions —One can easily return the books purchased from anuugyabooks.com within 2 days of receipt of shipment. Buyer has to wrap a fresh good packing on its original packing for refund. The amount after deducting the postal charges & the handling charges (10% of total order) will be refunded to you. The item(s) requested for return can only be returned, if they are in the original condition. Customers are requested to accept our policy before proceeding them for return.

If the return is the result of our error, buyer will be eligible for full refund subject to the condition that the we are intimated within 2 days of receipt of order & shipped it back to us within 3 days from the receipt of order. In this case the customer will receive the full amount paid by buyer. Once we received and processed the returned item, the customer will be informed via e-mail about the refund. However again our responsibility is only upto dispatching the order. Tracking & Complaints of Lost/delayed/Misplaced consignment has to be done by the buyer him/her self, though Anuugya will provide all the details required for tracking or making complaint.

Our refund policy is only for those orders which are purchased online from anuugyabooks.com. The refund is subject to our Replacement / Return & Cancellation Policy. The books that have been purchased from our showroom or from other vendors cannot be returned/refund online. Such returns and requests for refunds have to be made manually at the Showroom.

4. Policy for Cancellation of order for buyer—One can cancel his order, at any time, In case the buyer cancels the order before it is dispatched in such cases amount after deducting the handling charges (10% of total order) will be refunded. In case the buyer cancels the order after it is dispatched in such case buyer has to wrap a fresh good packing on its original packing for refund. The amount after deducting the postal charges & the handling charges (10% of total order) will be refunded to you only after receiving the consignment in good condition send by you. The request for the payment of such orders will only be entertained if & only if they are in the original condition. Customers are requested to accept our policy before proceeding them for return. Though one have to mail with the subject “Cancellation” to anuugya@hotmail.com. Once the order is dispatched, in that case no request for its cancellation will be entertained. You are therefore requested to not to pressurize us by making such requests repeatedly. In case we are unable to service your order, the amount charged, will be refunded to you. The amount will be credited to your account.

5. Policy for receiving wrong/missing item(s)—In case you have received any consignment has wrong or missing item from our side please intimate us by mail/message/whatsapp or through our website within 1 days of receipt of order. You are, therefor, requested to return the such wrongly delivered consignment/order. Then we will either refund the full amount charged or deliver the order in appropriate form.

6. Cancellation of order from our end— anuugyabooks.com reserves the right to cancel any order fully or partially without any explanation for doing so, under situation where anuugyabooks.com is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or the orders does not comply with the anuugyabooks.com policy or for any other reason. However, anuugyabooks.com ensures the communication of such cancelled order(s). Anuugya will intimate the Buyer within appropriate time. Refund will be made in reasonable time.

Anuugya don’t have any exchange policy of the purchased books otherwise.
